RCM on Freight paid on Outward

I had hired Jaipur Transport Co. for transportation of goods. I has charged 10000 Rs from party to whom we have sold goods and paid 18% GST on it to Govt. Jaipur Transport too charged 10000 Rs from me also and the same amount is charged by me to buyer. Is we required to RCM on freight paid to Jaipur Transport as we had charged the same from party.
