we are registered and transporter is unregistered
we pay freight at the time of inward and outward supplies.
now how I calculate and pay the tax in gstr3b and mandate column????

Service recipent is payable to pay rcm at 5 percent i.e freight value @ 5 percent. table 3.1 3rd point to pay this tax and take itc also
