RCM on freight in case of composition

if I am registered under composition scheme, am I liable to pay GST under RCM of freight paid? And if yes then what will be the applicable rate of GST?

5 % on freight RCM is applicable.

If you are taking the service of a GTA and the GTA has not opted for Forward Charge, then you have to pay GST @ 5% on Reverse Charge Mechanism ( RCM ) basis.

Yes you can take RCM basis and Pay 5%GST on freight.

Due Date to file FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July 2019 has been extended to 22.08.2019. Notification No. 37/2019 - CT , dated 21.08.2019 has been issued.
