If a Registered Person made interstate purchase and received goods through GTA, then under which head he has to pay RCM?

If location of GTA and Place of recipient of service is in same state then CGST and SGST payable otherwise IGST payable by recipient under RCB.
You can find the GTA location in invoice raised by him.
