RCM on Freight
A dealer is paying Freight approx 4500 per day to different vehicles trucks. Is RCM applicable or 5000 limit will apply on not to pay RCM if under 5000?

Rs 5000/- exemption is for aggregate supply of services per day. Hence RCM is applicable. However, this exemption is for CGST only. In all circumstances SGST need to paid.
