I am a register dealer under gst. i want to know is RCM applicable on commission expenses if i paid to a unregister person.

currently RCM provisions are inactive if ur are paying to unregistered.
only RCM u/s 9(3) are active where u r paying to registered party.. no commission covered under this provision..
