Is a senior civil judge and a senior advocate one and the same?
Is required to pay GST on RCM basis on payment made as court fee to Senior civil judge?
NO both are different. Senior advocate is the one who is lawyer of supreme could and have utmost knowledge. Reverse charges is applicable in case of services received by business entity above 20 lakhs
