RCM on Advocate fee

Dear Members.

Do we need to pay RCM on advocate fee(legal services) even after RCM suspended. please clarify me..

Yes... RCM applicable for Advocate Services (Fee).
Bcoz, Advocate Services is under sec 9(3) of CGST Act...

RCM suspended u/s 9(4) related Activities only...

RCM u/s 9(3) is active and applicable.So u have to pay as per the provisions of S.9(3) of CGST Act
