I hv purchase goods from tamilnadu to Gujarat and transporter is unregister, on transport rent I hv to paid igst rcm so I can't take itc In next month due to unregister
transporter as per gst help line

Why u hv paid igst on rcm... Please go through the provision of place of supply in case of unregistered transporter... Place of supply is where he delivers the goods.. i. e buyer location... When buyer paid the freight
