Whether cenvat credit is available on Service Tax paid in August for March RCM liability ?
Please provide procedure and section for same ?

No you are not allowed to get cenvat in GST. you required to file Refund claim... as per existing law refer sec. 142

Is it under section 142(3) and what is the time limit for filing of refund claim ?
