I have received the invoice for GTA for the period 2028-19 on 2nd September 2919. Invoice dated 20th Feb 2019. My liability will arise from 2nd Sep 2019 which will be paid on 20th October 2019 along with other liability.
Now my question whether I am eligible to avail GST credit after making payment.
Is it RCM date of payment is criteria or vendor invoice date is criteria. Tax paying document is my invoice date. Kindly confirm.
Rcm applicable and You can avail ITC...
as per your query period of service in FY 18-19 and invoice date is 20th Feb 19... So Interest applicable from 21st March 19.
