i have received transport invoices on August but I haven't paid tax liability under RCM.
1) now can i take it in January month?
2) can i pay tax with out interest?
3) can i take input same?
please clarify...
1- yes you can take in jan
2- you have to pay interest but where and how not clear cause gstr 2 and 3 differed
3- yes you can claim ITC in same month jan
