RCM ITC eligible for same month
We have paid RCM payment subsequent month 20th, the Same month we have utilised, is it ok, please guide me.

yes we can claim in same month
Yes,You can avail the ITC of RCM in the same month after making the Cash payment of Tax Under RCM.
Sec 31(3)(f) CGST act here recipient issued self invoice if sale made to URD
