We found in GSTR2A that some logistic co. give us input credit as they show in RCM method. Can we claim such kind of input, please briefly tell us.

If You paid payment under RCM then Yes you can claim...
Note : If already claimed then just reconcile with the entry...

they charged @ 12% under forward charge or what???....... unable to understand the language........"give us input credit as they show in rcm method" plzz explain......😊

If Not paid then pay with interest after claim ITC...
Note : in case the bill / service is not your inwards then leave it simply...

Sir, if we don't claim such ITC, then payment will be compulsory or not?
