RCM INPUT

suppose i get RCM INPUT ON MY RCM LIABILITY FOR JULY ... SO can i use this input to sett off with august RCM Liability or we can only use with our output cgst sgst & igst ?

Can use against any liability except new RCM created for Aug. You will have to pay for Aug and claim in Sep. That's my understanding and it's logical.
