RCM in gstr1
as a receipent of Transport service i will be liable to pay gst under RCM so does this require to disclose in Gstr1 or not ?

GSTR 1 is only for outward supply. You need not to mention rcm in gstr 1
no RCM column is not avlaible in gstr 1 .... its for gstr 2 but gstr 2 is postpone now so wait for gov circular for this
you can pay and claim RCM in your 3b .. same month pay and same month claim
