RCM in case of bill of unregd person
I want to know if bill is made by unregistered person and i want to pay it then rcm i s available and does it mean that the gst paid by me on that bill made that bill a evidence of spending amt and i have to paste them in my register after paying gst on it

No RCM is applicable for purchase from URD till 30/9/2018, so purchase from URD will be treated as Exempt Purchases
