Respected Experts,

WE ARE PURCAHSE MATERIAL INTERSTATE DELHI, AND PAID FREIGHT RS 5000/- LOCAL REGISTERED TRANSPORTER IN UTTARPRADESH. KINDLY ADVISE ME SIR, WHAT WILL BE RCM ENTRY UNDER GST AS INTERSTATE OR INTRASTATE, BCZ WE ARE PAYING FREIGHT LOCAL REGISTERED TRANSPORTER UNDER CODE 09, N MATERIAL PURCHASED FROM DELHI UNDER CODE 07?

intra state as billing of tarnsport is of intrastate

Intrastate as billing and transporter registered under gst in UP 09.

But Sir,

i am saying purchased material delhi, & freight paid to UP. transporter, how can intered rcm intrastate purchase value, thts my problem.

simply u r discharging burden of transporter not supplier and transporter was of up and he is providing bill in which gstn of up were mentioned I think and purchasing and taking transport are two different thing

sir check the address of traansporter either in consignment note or bill . if address is in the same state of yours it is cgst n sgst if his address is from other state then igst
