RCM is suspended... so in September
return we have to pay revese charge or not?? (except GTA)??

currently there is no clarity whether the reverse charge under section 9 (4) is abolished for all the assessees or SMEs i.e. for those assessees whose turnover less than Rs. 1.5 Crore.
I would update once the official notification comes regarding the same.
