Is reverse charge mechanism applicable for hospitals? If applicable shall, we get back this as input credit,bacause hospital services are expemted from GST?

RCM applicable to hospitals, when registered under GST.
As output services are nil rated.......... the ITC can neither be claimed/utilized nor refunded; but added to cost...
