Please guide in connection with RCM

On 1.7
I have purchased stationery ₹ 3000
Freight charges of ₹ 2500 paid to unregistered person
Total Exps 5000

RCM exemption of rs.5000 per day..
To calculate whether we have to consider pymt made to unregistered person/firm only or total pymt made i.e. reg+unreg

You Have to consider only payment made to unregistered person 

total payment should not be more than 5000 to all unregistered suppliers

you have to pay RCM on freight don't matter limit of rs 5000 because freight is in negative list
