Dear Friends,

We have Paid RCM twice for Single LR and we have  taken credit twice wrongly for that same LR.

How to rectify?

As the above activty of payment of tax in RCM is revenue nutral. no need to rectify
further if you want to rectify - ask for refund the excess tax paid on the basis of credit note issued by you for reversal of credit along with relevant docs
