Dear sir GTA ki service par Gstr3B me outward supply wale box me Reverse charge applicable wale column me 5% ki rate se tax jama karte hai to Mera sawal ye hai ki sir kya Itc wale box me us RCM par jo tax diya kya use claim bhi kiya jata hai please doubt clear kare

Table 3.1(d) mai tax jama karna padta hai aur table 4(A)(3) mai uska claim lena padta hai. Claim automatically nahi milega.

Sir 5% freight pe hum tax jama karte hai to claim kar sakte hai ya ki 12% pe hi claim hoga

Reverse charge mai 5% bharne par bhi claim milega. Restriction supplier ke liye hai, recipient ke liye nahi.

dear ,

pl note the following;

Service Provider has 2 options, if he had more ITC, he want to utilise that means, he may choose 12% option and charge on GTA service invoices.

2nd option is , if he dont want to utilize ITC means, simply he gives invoices with tag of "Y"(RCM), then recipient will pay 5% RCM and he will utilize that as ITC.
