RCM covered or not
import goods can importers covered under RCM or not.

Imported goods are deemed to be as Interstate supply so accordingly IGST applicable .So accordingly, imported goods will b in RCM, as the supplier is situated in Non taxable territory and recipient of supplies is in taxable territory.
