Its being deferred till 30/9/2019 ,by notification 22/2018 CT (r) So get applicable from 1/10/2019 if no any furrher notification is issued in this regard
Yes RCM on inward supply from URD is suspended till 30/09/2019.. but services of GTA, Advocate Etc fall under section 9(3) & RCM is applicable on availing services
