A GTA IS REQUIRED TO PAY RCM ON ITS URD SERVICES RECEIVED FROM TRUCK OWNER

In my opinion, GST is not applicable for services provided by a truck owner. Hence RCM is also not applicable.
Refer Notification No.12/2017 & 9/2017
All transportation services by road are exempt except for GTA & Courier.
