Sir I am doing purchase taxable item from unregistered dealer .
1. Now Rcm is applicable or not .
2 . if applicable then ITC claim or not
3. if I m doing claim ITC then in my gstr 3b return Itc box not match with Gstr 2B
what I can do sir plz tell me

If RCM is not applicable then where is upload unregistered taxable purchase on Gst portal
Unless except real estate business RCM not applicable as of now.
