ITC CREDIT ON RCM PAID IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SERCIVE RECEIVER
In any case, Input will be available on GST paid under reverse charge
And GST is to be paid in RCM for GTA service where service is received by established authority. And person liable to pay freight has to pay GST.
so why govt writing in his list 5% no itc on gta and some other service
Mr.Paul & saloni ji according to me we have paid freight on behalf of customer.customer books exps in our books of account and pay RCM
