Dear Team,
My elder brother is an advocate and he registered under GST Act.
He received 2 Lacs under legal consultancy fees from Pvt. Ltd. company whose turnover > 20Lacs.
Is he is eligible to charge 18% GST from business entity. or
any RCM laws will effect here.
Kindly suggest for the same.
