RCM Applicability for Registered Individual
whether RCM is applicable (e.g. legal services by Advocate) to an Individual person, who is registered under GST. Particularly when legal services are not pertains to their output service, but related to other transaction, and which is claiming under ITR-4 ??

Yes RCM is applicable for legal services to the recipient and he can take the input
yes RCM is applicable and you even take credit of RCM paid in same month rate of gst is 18%

but, If the advocate service is related to personal issues (e.g. personal property issue etc) which is not his business, then RCM applies .... ?? & ITC available... ??
