is rcm Still applicable on notified supplies? and what about rcm of purchases from unreg delaers???

Rcm is only applicable on certain goods & service not all ,as same has been notifyed Govt

- Yes... RCM still applicable on Notified Supplies as per sec 9(3) of CGST act.

and

what about rcm of purchases from unreg delaers???

- This related (sec 9(4) of CGST act) RCM suspended 30/09/2019.
