Reverse Charge Mechanism for supplies received by registered person from unregistered person has been suspended till 31-03-2018. However reverse charge mechanism for supply of specified goods and services like GTA, legal services, import of service shall continue.
currently there is no clarity whether the reverse charge under section 9 (4) is abolished for all the assessees or SMEs i.e. for those assessees whose turnover less than Rs. 1.5 Crore.
Wait for the notification for more clarity. Any way you have to pay RCM for Sept month

Yes rajesh, you can take the credit of RCM paid in the same month itself
From where you have findout this notice?i don't get any information from anywhere..
If you are using the GTA service for exempt supply then ITC can't be claimed.

If you have availed the GTA services for taxable purpose then, you can avail the credit by showing those details in GSTR-2 of respective months.
You have to pay RCM against GTA services. Reacently the Govt has given relief for RCM liability except on few like GTA, leagal service etc..that this relief is applicable from Oct month onwards
