How to define Non-GST supplies and RCM related supplies (under 5000)?

Non GST supplies are Petrol, Diesel, Electricity, Alchocol.....
These are enter in NON GST supplies head by its related business Activities only...
RCM is less than 5k is no need shown anywhere in GSTR returns...
