Is Rbi ombudsmen scheme applicable to the nbfc company whose total asset is above 100 crore during this yrs..

The RBI had launched 'Ombudsman Scheme' for non-banking financial companies (NBFC) for redressal of complaints against them.The scheme will cover all deposit-taking NBFCs and the RBI would extend the scheme to cover all NBFCs having asset size of Rs 100 crore and above
so whether is it applicable now...to the co whose asset size is less than 100
