Ratification of auditors

Our firm is resigning as auditor's of a private limited company. The company has filed Form ADT-1 (01-04-2019 to 31-03-2024) with appointment letter attached. The appointment letter mentions that the appointment is subject to ratification by members in every AGM. Though ratification is no longer required now, do they need to file revised ADT-1 with updated appointment letter removing this point? Does it make any difference or attract any non-compliance?
