Dear Mr. Sivaprasad,

Could you kindly provide some document or link related to protocol in January 2006 rate of dtaa between India and italy. Our consultant advised us that the rate is 20%. May be he is not aware of the latest update referred by you.

If the agreement is approved by central government then applicable rate of tax us 115A is 10%.
