Rate of tax on gold and silver jewellery will be at % (last minimum rate) or council has any power to reduce ?

Council has power to reduce or even increase any rates at any time.
Jewellery sector is expected to be taxed at a lowe rate ( @ 5%). Even this rate is likely to be very high for jewellery sector. Let us see what provisions are made in the tariff.
