i want to start business of restaurant without itc registration.
i shall sell eateries , juices and ice creams..
presently, 18% on ice-cream.MRP
(as it is like selling of goods) whether i has to collect gst @ 5% or 18%. as per i got suggestions that i has to collect 5%, but still i have confused.

please help in this regard.
