when rate of interest increase then market price of share decreases due to which people tends to sell their stocks and share.
and when rate of interest decreases than demand for investment increases and people tend to purchase more and more stock.
right dear
interest increase then safe people go for safe interest or increase weightage of investment in that and vice a versa
