GST is applicable over construction services provided by developer/builder; which is at 12% when land cost is included in sale value of the unit. May it be flat, shop, office or any other structure.... residential or commercial......
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
