rate of duty

can anybody pls tell me the rate of duty on the embroidery machines imported from china?

Basic Duty 10%+ (CVD+Ed. Cess 16.32%) + (Custom Edu.Cess 2%) + (Spl. CVD 4%)= Total Duty 33.65%

Basic Duty 7.50%+ (CVD+Ed. Cess 8.24%) + (Custom Edu.Cess 2%) + (Spl. CVD 4%)= Total Duty 21.523%
