what is the depn. rate for mobile in income tax act ? whether it be consider at 60% as computer as it perform similar function like sending e-mail etc.,

Mobile comes under the block of plant and machinery and dep. rate as per income tax act is 15% and as per companies act is 13.91%

agree with Mr. Aryan... 15% dep. should be calculated.. being plant & machinery..
