I have an doubt regarding rate of dep on printer that what is rate of dep on printer as per it act. if i take it under computer then i will charge 60% dep on it. otherwise 15% dep rate will be charged thereon as per my view. what should i do?

the rate is 60 % as the printer is classifiable under "Computer".
Printer cacnot work alone. It always work under conjuction with the computers. It also have the same attributes as found in computer so it is included under head of Computer.

agree 60% as per income tax act printer come under computer
40% as per company act
