hello all,
we are situated in Lucknow & sold dyes to our inter state buyers without form C, Rate of CST with Form C is 2% and without Form C CST will be Local VAT rate in Uttar Pradesh. in UP. VAT rate is 4% + 1% additional.
My question is, can we charge CST @ 4% or 5% (4% + 1% additional).
