I have made one bill in jan 2018 for Rs 515424/- in that bill item rate is 275/-
but as per correct PO there is rate is 280/-
now what should I do ? now how to sloved this problem ?

There is no problem if you are ready to bear the loss
otherwise you can opt credit note and issue new bill
Issue credit note to the buyer
