if goods gst rate 12% and packing and forwarding charges rate 18% which rate we have to select for accounting.

it is composite supply and thus rated @ 12% bcoz the principal supply is being charged at 12%.

in other case suppose the rate of goods is 28% then the whole amount including packing and forwd. charges are to be charged at 28%.

I would also like to clarify-. If gst on billing price 12 %. Q1- What will be gst on packing and forwarding 12,% or 18%. Q2- what name we can give to packing and forwarding for accounting purpose
