rate and registration under gst for supply of gas water heater and services related thereto

what rate would be applicable for supply of gas water heater and also can a person under single gst registration supply the gas water heater alongwith providing services attached to it like repairs and maintenance services, or he is required to take separate GST reg. numbers ie one under goods and other under service.
