Will Reimbursement of expenses to director considered related party transaction as per IND AS 24..?

Hi,
Reimbursement of expenses to directors are not to be treated as related party transactions if there is no additional margin on the reimbursement amount.
This means, if the reimbursement amount is equal to the amount of actual expenses incurred, then there would not be a related party transaction.
This is in accordance with Ind AS 24.
