i purchase rakesh makkar book and notes of SFM as suggested by my friends but after purchasing i founds no answer has been given against question, totally useless book. if u have plz send me at my id rockboymangal @ gmail.com otherwise a scrapist offer me 10 Rs. per kilo for that book.
