If you have paid ST over 6 month rental in the beginning of the year, you can carry forward the credit to GST acc. But it would be better to divide and pay in two quarters.

If the invoice is raised earlier or amount is paid earlier, it shall attract Service Tax and not GST as per provisions related to time of supply.
